Check In/Check Out


Check in is 3 p.m. Check out is by noon. Earlier or later hours may be possible. Please email us to inquire.

Please arrive no later than 6:00 p.m. so we can orient you to the area and help you settle in comfortably. A short orientation is required.

If you are unable to arrive by 6:00 p.m. we cannot guarantee that it will be possible for you to check in. To ensure your timely arrival, please see our Contact page for directions.

Deposit


A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your retreat is required to make a reservation. The balance is due when you arrive for your retreat.

Refund Policy


With 15 days or more notice, you may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.

With two weeks’ notice or less, no refunds or credits are given on your 30% deposit. This helps us to ensure that the cabin will be available to others.

No refunds will be issued for early departures.

Rescheduling Policy


You may reschedule your reservation for a flat fee of $50. Reservations may be rescheduled only once. Rescheduling a second time will be considered a cancellation for which the above policy will apply.
